Day 8 - Sightseeing in San Francisco

This was our slowest day so far. Only about 75 total pictures. Not very good weather either.
Alcatraz in the distance
Lombard Street - we drove it later
Typical San Fran (also a random traffic cone in the cables)
Twin Peaks - the supposed best view of the city. It was like the Grand Canyon part 2...except 5 minutes of driving instead of 5 hours
The Grace Cathedral
What ever happened to dependability? The milk man, the paper boy, the evening TV.
Where we spent part of our afternoon - blogging

Did someone say "awesome"? Wow, the Golden Gate Bridge picture was fantastic. Pretty funny about Grand Canyon redux. And was that Sarah on Lombard Street to the right of the "do not enter" sign? I can't tell if it's Sarah sitting on a wall or someone skateboarding down the street.

You two sure are covering a lot of ground, and the pictures are coming out really well. But is there much more you could possibly see?

Giants game today?

GREAT pictures, Sarah and Jon. We've really enjoyed following your trip day by day! Thanks for posting them.
