Day 8 - Sightseeing in San Francisco

This was our slowest day so far. Only about 75 total pictures. Not very good weather either.
Alcatraz in the distance
Lombard Street - we drove it later
Typical San Fran (also a random traffic cone in the cables)
Twin Peaks - the supposed best view of the city. It was like the Grand Canyon part 2...except 5 minutes of driving instead of 5 hours
The Grace Cathedral
What ever happened to dependability? The milk man, the paper boy, the evening TV.
Where we spent part of our afternoon - blogging

Day 7 - Napa/Muir Woods/Golden Gate Bridge/Chinatown

Trefethen Winery - our only vineyard tour - but it was AWESOME
Riesling grapes
Jon's artistic picture

Giant Redwoods in Muir Woods. ~180 ft tall and 1000 yrs old

Inside a sapling
A picture barely does this justice. Absolutely a surreal sight
A typical San Francisco road. It's cool and novel until you have to stop at the top of every hill and parallel park on the left side during rush hour.
Chinatown gate
